CEO

Tyler is the company’s strategic leader, responsible for defining and driving the company’s overall vision and direction. As CEO and Co-Founder, he makes key decisions about the business’s long-term strategy, growth, and operations. Tyler works closely with the leadership team to set goals, manage performance, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and the public, playing a crucial role in its ongoing success and innovation.

Corey Dozier

CTO

Corey leads the company’s technology strategy and innovation. He oversees all aspects of technology infrastructure, ensuring that the platform is scalable, secure, and operating efficiently. Corey works closely with the development team to implement new technologies and improve user experience across digital platforms. As Co-Founder, Corey plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term vision and ensuring technological advancements are aligned with the company’s growth.

Daniel Horst

Director of Business Operations & Legal Affairs

Daniel manages the company’s business operations, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and in line with the company’s objectives. He oversees the company’s financial performance, including profit-and-loss management, while also handling legal matters such as contract negotiations, compliance, and intellectual property protection. Daniel ensures that the company’s operational and legal frameworks are robust, enabling sustainable growth while mitigating risk.

Mike Lindberg

Content Director

Mike is responsible for overseeing all content across the platform, ensuring a cohesive strategy across video, written, podcast, and social media content. He manages cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts to deliver consistent and engaging content that aligns with the company’s goals and audience needs. Mike works closely with department heads to set content direction, maintain brand voice, and ensure that all content types support the platform’s growth and user engagement strategies. He also ensures that content is optimized for multiple distribution channels, including website, social media, and external platforms.

Brian Hartman

Video Content Lead

Brian oversees video production efforts, managing the creation, development, and execution of video content. He works closely with Mike Lindberg (Content Director) to ensure that video materials are aligned with the company’s content strategy. Brian leads staff to produce high-quality video content, from ideation through post-production. He also ensures video content is tailored for various platforms and maximizes audience engagement by using video-specific strategies, such as SEO optimization and cross-platform syndication.

Dan Mader

Director of Podcasts & Syndication

Dan oversees the platform’s podcast production and syndication efforts, ensuring seamless distribution across digital and traditional media channels. He is responsible for developing partnerships to secure radio syndication deals and expanding the platform’s reach through live broadcast events and collaborations with industry affiliates. Dan plays a key role in establishing the platform’s presence on streaming services, including setting up a dedicated Roku channel and working with other TV affiliates to bring content to broader audiences.

Additionally, Dan ensures that all audio and video content is optimized for these platforms, aligning with audience preferences and platform-specific requirements. He leads initiatives to expand the audience base through cross-platform syndication, strategic partnerships, and innovative broadcast opportunities. Dan's efforts help solidify the platform’s presence across radio, streaming, and live media landscapes.

Amber Phillips

Merchandise Manager & Executive Assistant

Amber manages the company’s merchandise operations, overseeing inventory, vendor relations, and sales strategies to ensure products align with the brand and resonate with the audience. She works to create and implement merchandising campaigns that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

In addition to her merchandise duties, Amber is responsible for managing social media accounts related to the merchandise store, helping to create content and campaigns that engage the audience and promote product offerings. She ensures that social media posts are aligned with the brand’s voice and contribute to community building and sales growth.

As Executive Assistant, Amber also provides administrative support, managing scheduling, communications, and assisting with special projects. She plays a key role in helping streamline operations to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities.

Joe Frick

Director of Community & Social Media

Joe is focused on growing the user base and building a vibrant community around the platform. He develops and implements user acquisition strategies to attract new members, utilizing various channels such as social media, influencer partnerships, and targeted outreach campaigns. Joe also leads community-building initiatives that foster engagement, loyalty, and user retention. By creating meaningful interactions and nurturing the platform’s user base, he ensures the community remains active and invested in the platform’s growth.

In addition to his community-building efforts, Joe manages the platform's social media presence, creating and curating content that resonates with the audience. He collaborates with marketing and content teams to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with broader business goals and help promote user acquisition, retention, and brand growth.

Josh Bradley

Event Strategy Director

Josh is responsible for planning and strategizing all company events, including expos, live shows, and industry conferences. He works to ensure that events align with the company’s objectives and resonate with the target audience. Josh coordinates with various departments to ensure seamless execution, from event conception to post-event wrap-up. He also oversees event promotions, working with marketing and social media teams to drive awareness and engagement.
